All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@oloraofficial.com and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and reshipment costs for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
